2. Definitions
" Site ": the site accessible at https://visa-expat-mauritius.com
" Company ": King Premium Consult Ltd
" User ": any person consulting the Site or entering into a relationship with the Company
" Customer ": any User who has entered into a contract or purchased a Pack.

Accessing, browsing or contracting via the Site implies unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions.
4. General Terms of Use (GTU)
4.1 Site access
The Site is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for maintenance. The Company cannot be held responsible for any interruption in service.
4.2 Intellectual property
All texts, logos, visuals and databases are protected by the Copyright Act 2014. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
4.3 External links
Links to third-party sites may be provided; the Company has no control over these resources and accepts no responsibility for their content.
5. General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS)
5.1 Service description
Visa Expat Mauritius assists customers in :
Obtaining work visas, Occupation Permits, Residence Permits, or extended stays;
Incorporating companies and setting up business ;
Expatriation: advice on accommodation, reception, transfers, integration, networking, banking formalities;
5.2 Ordering process
Pre-appointment: Visio or telephone call to validate project feasibility.
Quotation/Package: price including VAT expressed in euros.
Acceptance & payment: cash or bank transfer.
Performance: services to begin on receipt of payment.
No sale can take place without stage 1; otherwise, the Company cannot be held responsible for the project not being completed.
5.3 Prices and payment terms
Prices shown include all taxes. International bank charges are at the customer's expense.
5.4 Right of withdrawal
Services relating to administrative procedures begin immediately after payment; consequently, and in accordance with section 16 (c) of the Electronic Transactions Act 2000, the Customer waives his right of withdrawal once performance has begun.
5.5 Liability
Obtaining a visa or permit is the sole responsibility of the Mauritian authorities; the Company undertakes to compile a compliant file, but does not guarantee that the permit will be issued. The Company cannot be held responsible for the final decision, nor for indirect damages (loss of employment, non-refundable tickets, etc.).
The Company's liability, for any reason whatsoever, is limited to the amount actually paid for the service in question.
5.6 Force majeure
Force majeure is any external, unforeseeable and irresistible event (strike, border closure, natural disaster, network failure, etc.) that makes performance impossible.
5.7 Applicable law and jurisdiction
The GTC are subject to Mauritian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Port-Louis.
6. Privacy Notice (Data Protection Act 2017 compliance)

6.3 Recipients and transfers
Mauritian authorities: Economic Development Board, Passport & Immigration Office.
IT service providers (hosting, e-mail).
Data may be transferred to the EU: in this case, the Company ensures that the third country offers an adequate level of protection (standard contractual clause or equivalent).
6.4 Shelf life
Visa files: 5 years after closure.
Accounting: 7 years.
Prospecting: until withdrawal of consent or 2 years of inactivity.
6.5 Personal rights
In accordance with articles 37 ff. of the DPA 2017, you have the following rights: access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation, portability.

6.6 Cookies
A consent banner is displayed on the first visit; only functional cookies are deposited by default.
